David McCoy

David McCoy has a diverse background of Navy service as well as executive healthcare facility management and construction. David has held positions with all facets of PDC during his time in the military from public works, construction management, and contingency construction in the Seabees. His experience with the US Navy as well as the Cleveland Clinic has given him a unique understanding of civil engineering, master planning, regulatory compliance, healthcare operations, and construction management.

David retired in 2022 as a Commander. His military career has spanned across the globe to include duty stations in San Diego CA, Pensacola FL, Gulfport MS, and Washington DC. David has deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, Guam, and Haiti. He has enjoyed many joint assignments to include Joint Task Forces in Iraq and Haiti as well as a staff position with the Combined Security Transition Command – Afghanistan. David has multiple awards and citations to include the Meritorious Service Medal, Joint Commendation Medals, and Humanitarian Service Medals.
