With a thirty-year resume that started in Canada, includes much of the United States as well as international work, Mark provides experience and leadership to all of his projects. His career started with a focus on Landscape Architecture and developed into a leadership role at GORDON a multi-disciplinary engineering firm where he was a principal for the last 15 years. His accomplishments include the founding of a branch office in Charles Town, WV (2003) and taking a fledgling Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (2015) to became one of the largest SDVOSB engineering firms in the United States.

Mark has played an influential role in his community through leadership at Charles Town Parks and Recreation Committee, Jefferson County Development Authority, Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Associations and numerous appointed positions on local boards and commissions.

The highlight of his career was the forging of a partnership with Integrity Federal Services and the merger of the WV operations and SDVOSB federal sector work with a new SDVOSB partner.
