The IFS Story

Integrity Federal Services, Inc is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small business, formed in 2021. The company founder, David McCoy, has served 21 years in active and reserve roles in the Navy Civil Engineer Corps. During his 21 years he has served in multiple positions across the country for construction, facilities, and contingency engineering. David has completed multiple deployments to include Iraq, Afghanistan, Guam, and Haiti. David also served the last 11 years with the Cleveland Clinic, serving in various executive roles to include infrastructure, compliance, and facility operations & maintenance.

Integrity Federal Services acquired part of the project portfolio from William H. Gordon and Associates in July 2021 when the company founder retired. IFS acquired the portfolio with the goal of being the premier Civil Engineering firm for our public and private customers.

IFS is a collaboration between David McCoy (President), Mark Dyck (Vice President), Jason Gerhart and Chad Wallen. The acquisition elevated Jason and Chad to principal roles in the firms, recognizing their contributions to the office for the last 15 years. IFS has leveraged the firm foundation of the Gordon team with the strategic military and executive leadership of David McCoy.
